PERSONAL COACHING

My coaching process is customized whether it is one-on-one or to a group. When coaching an individual, I work with their personal needs, challenges and objectives. At the start of each engagement, we define a clear vision with a "thorough discovery session" which can be up to 4 hours. I work together with my client to set goals, identify measures of success and build a customized development plan to achieve the planned goals.  

CORPORATE TRAINING

Corporate coaching involves coaching towards organizational goals focusing on the company team, vision, mission, values and strategy. I like to use Rugby as my coaching style for corporate training. Rugby is the best metaphor of team work and leadership where the whole team works together to achieve the result.

TOP EXECUTIVES COACHING

All leaders face moments when the skillset and capabilities that made them successful in the past are no longer adequate. Whether it is developing a new business, facing new challenges, taking on a new role, or managing a new initiative - adapting to the change requires new skills, tools and new ways of thinking outside of the box.

PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES COACHING

My athletic coaching clients will have a clear picture about what drives him or her emotionally and make  them strong mentally. They will be able to answer the following questions about themselves.

MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKING

I love what I do and sharing with others my stories and passions. I tell my audience that to achieve success, they must visualize success. My goal is to inspire people and make them believe in themselves first and foremost. Thoughts can become reality. If we can see it…we can achieve it. As Henry Ford once said: “Whether you think you can, or you think you can't-you're right.”

We motivate and support our clients in achieving their goals. We get clear on the Vision first so we can identify only the goals that really matter to them.

2. STRATEGIZE

We help our clients to find the answers and the best solutions inside of them, then we make a plan for success. All the Goals need to be Specific Measurable Attainable Relevant and Time-based.

3. HOLD ACCOUNTABLE

Once we know what our goals are then we elaborate a strategy and a very specific action plan. As coaches at this point, our job consists in keeping on track and accountable our client. Accountability and commitment are fundamental to achieving results and moving out of our comfort zone.
